Resource List
Meet some of my favourite practitioners!
This referral list is a collection of practitioners I know, trust, and recommend, who can support you alongside our work together, or instead of working with me if you feel someone else might be a better fit. In my own healing journey, I discovered that working with different practitioners at different times helped me in ways that one approach alone couldn’t.
While that’s not the case for everyone, I know that having options can make the journey feel a little lighter and more supported. Healing often takes a village, and depending on where we are in life, our body and soul may need different kinds of care. This list also includes services I don’t provide, like in-person sessions, and most practitioners are licensed in British Columbia, so clients can often access coverage through their extended health insurance.
